Learn how to complete the Disconnected Truth Puzzle in Crimson Desert. This octahedron lacks power, so you’ll need to reconnect power conduits to unlock its secrets.
Disconnected Truth is the fifth puzzle in a chain of Abyss puzzles. The order of this puzzle chain are as follows:
- Spire of Clockwork
- Riddle Square
- Origin of Thoughts
- Forgotten Altar
- Disconnected Truth (this one)
- Denn River Cube Puzzle
- Ether Fragment
Power up the elevator
When you first enter the puzzle, you’ll find yourself in a room with power cords running all over the place. Look for the disconnected conduit on the northeast side of the central area. Plug it in then stand in the center to use the elevator to reach the next level.
Power up the three switches
When you’re at the next level and the area opens up, look east. There are three switches, two of which are inactive. You’ll need to follow the cables of the unpowered ones to fix them.
Power up the center switch
Follow the cable connected to the center switch into a dark shaft. When you drop down, look west and you’ll find a Treasure Chest containing a Faded Abyss Artifact and an Insight III Abyss Gear (+3 Critical Rate)
Resume following the wire and you’ll find the disconnected conduit. Plug in the conduit and keep following as it lacks a source of power.
The wire will lead you to an empty power socket. The power source will be on one of the sides of the floating, inverted pyramid. Place the power source into the socket and lock it in to power the center switch.
Power up the left switch
Return to the three switches and start following the left cable. It’ll go into the wall and the cable continues on the ledge above.
Before climbing up, enter the dark room to the left of the cable and pull the power source there out of its socket. Move the socket outside and place it up near the ledge for another empty socket ahead.
Climb up the south wall, plug in the power source, and connect the conduit to power up the final switch.
Return to the three (now lit) switches and activate each one with Axiom Force. This will activate the final switch that unlocks this area’s Abyss Artifact. Pick up the artifact and go west to find the Skybridge.
Memories of the Disconnected Truth
While you can simply double jump, Aerial Force Palm x3, then fly to the teleporter, you can also use the Visione to reach it. After activating the Skybridge, the floating platform with debris will contain a memory.
Observe the memory with your Blinding Flash, and when you put on the Visione, floating platforms will appear. Use these to reach the teleporter to be transported to the surface for the Denn River Cube Puzzle.
