BioWare brings back two regular events this month. Next week the Pirate Incursion will return to Dantooine. It was the last one to be added to the roster, but it already got a few rounds under its belt. The second half of the month will bring the Gree back to Ilum.
Pirate Incursion
Next week will bring the Pirate Incursion in-game event back to Dantooine. The event was first released with game update 5.10.3 in the early Summer last year.
The version of Dantooine that we have in SWTOR is quite small. It looks more like a daily area zone than a full planet. It serves only one purpose – to allow you to farm reputation for your charactrer(s).
Or does it… With the short story segment released with game update 6.1 last month BioWare teased something big and interesting to be happening on Dantooine very soon. Darth Malgus himself is heading there.
Dantooine has some side activities while the event is not active, but they are quite limiting in what you can do, so here are the details of then the fun will begin and end there:
Date: March 10 – 17, 2020 (BEGINS AND ENDS AT 10:00AM PST/6:00PM GMT)
Requirement: Level 20+
The remote planet Dantooine has been thrust into the center of escalating hostilities between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. Spurred on in secret by covert Imperial forces, the Nova Blade pirates have staged an all-out attack on the pastoral Republic world. As the Republic scrambles to defend this key territory at the edge of Imperial space, the Empire plans to capitalize on the chaos and deal a major blow to the longtime Republic bastion.

Relics of the Gree
The Gree have been coming back and going away from Ilum for a number of years now. I highly doubt that any veteran player has any reputation left to farm by now.
If you have not yet experienced the wonders of “the most beautiful planet in SWTOR” (totally not my personal opinion, *cough*), don’t waste a moment after the weird-looking aliens land on the frozen world!
Honestly, at this point I can easily believe if someone tells me that the Gree are only coming back, because they like the cold and white-blue colors of Ilum. There’s nothing left on that planet worth excavating, farming, looting. They got it all already years ago.

Explore Ilum’s contested area in the Western Ice Shelf to uncover the mysterious purpose of the Gray Secant, an enormous ancient Gree starship. Visit the in-game News Terminal located on Carrick Station in the Republic fleet or Vaiken Spacedock in the Imperial fleet to get started on your adventure!
