Guide to all Daily and Weekly missions and Achievements from the Pirate Incursion event on Dantooine in SWTOR, including all missions while the event is not active!
In March 2026, the event will run from 3rd to 10th.
Update 5.10.3, called The Dantooine Incursion, was released on June 4, 2019. It brought a new event, located on the planet Dantooine – a classic Star Wars planet, which was only briefly mentioned previously in the game.
The Pirate Incursion is a recurring event in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Upon its first release, its duration is two full weeks with two weekly sets of missions back to back. After that the event turnen into a recurring monthly event and falls in line with the other similar events.
How to Access the Event
To be able to complete missions and participate in this event, you need a character of level 20 or higher.
If you bring a level 70+ character, who has completed the Ossus storyline, the first time you do the event, you will see a short unique cinematic, related to the events on Ossus. This would serve as a tiny continuation of the storyline. The Pirte Incursion is a stand-alone event with its own story.
If you bring a character, who is low level or has not yet completed the Ossus storyline, you will see a more generic cinematic and then be sent to Dantooine.
To get to Dantooine and start the Pirate Incursion, you can interact with a holonews terminal on the Fleet, watch the cinematic and then fly directly to Dantooine to start the repeatable missions. The news terminals are at the far end of each of the four main corridors on the Fleet.

The planet is located in the very edge of the Seat of the Empire region, in the top middle of the Galaxy Map.

The first time you land on Dantooine, a quest will introduce you to the planet and the situation. Then you will be sent to the nearby Mission Terminal, where you can start picking up your repeatable missions.
You can also opt to just directly fly to Dantooine with your personal starship. The daily missions will be waiting for you there. You can later come back to the Fleet and interact with the News terminal to get the intro mission.
In the following segments I have an in-depth review of both the Republic and Empire’s missions, guides on how to complete them, where to pick up the additional ones and, of course, what rewards you would get in the end.
Empire Intro Mission
Republic Intro Mission
Empire Side Missions (while the event is active)
These are all missions you can complete for the Empire. Below I have a short description, objectives and a quick guide on how to complete each one of them. All missions can be repeated daily. The last one in this list is the Weekly and can be completed once each week the event is running.
The Marauders of Dantooine

This is the mission you are given when you first start the event. It can later be repeated too.
A pirate organization known as the Nova Blades are assaulting the pastoral Republic planet Dantooine.
Imperial forces require assistance targeting Republic resources during the Nova Blades’ incursion, as well as keeping the pirates themselves in line. Complete missions available on the local mission board to aid in the Empire’s mission on Dantooine.
- How to get it: Start the Pirate Incursion event from the News holo terminal on the Fleet
- Objective: Complete 5 Missions on Dantooine
- Rewards: Credits, Command Points, 1x Green Nova Blade’s ID Tags, 1x Nova Blades’ Tools (Reputation token), 2x Dantooine Surveyor’s Notes (can be traded for special equipment and items fro mthe vendors on Dantooine)
Opening the Skies

The Republic’s anti-air emplacements are making it difficult to land on Dantooine. Hunt down officers carrying the guns’ access codes, slice into their controls and reprogram them to target Republic ships.
Mission details:
- How to get it: From the Imperial Mission Board in the Hidden Imperial Base
- Objective: Loot four officer Access Cards and slice the East, West, North and AA turrets
- Rewards: Credits, Command Points, Green Nova Blade’s ID Tags
- What to do: The targets for this mission are placed generally in the southern section of the Dantooine map. Hunt down the officers (Republic Commanders – usually right next to the control panels of the turrets) that have the access codes to the guns and slice into their controls.

Marauder Maneuvers

While the Nova Blades are providing a good cover of chaos for imperial operations, they will not hesitate to attack imperial forces. In order to avoid unnecessary engagements, Imperial Intelligence wants you to place trackers on Nova Blae vehicles and obtain their communicators so their movements can be monitored.
Mission Details:
- How to get it: From the Imperial Mission Board in the Hidden Imperial Base
- Objectives: Plant Tracker on a Ship, Speeder and Speeder Bike. Loot 10 Communicators from Nova Blades (defeat them).
- Rewards: Credits, Command Points, Green Nova Blade’s ID Tags
- What to do: The items you need to click on are easily recognizeable. They respawn quick if clicked by another player before you and are also marked on the map. You can loot the Communicators by defeating Nova Blade NPCs near the marked locations.
Dantooinian Destabilization

The Republic has well-developed infrastructure on Dantooine. The pirate invasion has provided the Empire with an opportunity to hamper critical systems across the planet and jeopardize the Republic’s grasp on it.
Mission Details:
- How to get it: From the Imperial Mission Board in the Hidden Imperial Base
- Objectives: Scan the locations marked on the map, then go and destroy the item
- Rewards: Rewards: Credits, Command Points, Green Nova Blade’s ID Tags
- What to do: Use your microbinoculars to scan the Wind Turbines, then go to the mand click on the control panels to destroy 3 of them. Next scan the Republic Comm Center and click on it to destroy its receiver. Next, stay right into the middle of the new circled area that will appear. When you do that, the objective will changer and it will allow you to click on the nearby support column of the rail. Right click to shoot a rocket and blow it up. The final destination is the Dam. Scan it with the microbinoculars. Three marked spots will show up. Go there and click on the mission item when you are near the markers.

Beneath Suspicion

Imperial Intelligence slicers have compromised droids within the Republic garrison. Take control of one of their mouse droids and deliver a viral payload to their mainframe. They’ll never see it coming.
Mission Details:
- How to get it: From the Imperial Mission Board in the Hidden Imperial Base
- Objectives: Use Droid Control Terminal, then control the mouse droid
- Rewards: Rewards: Credits, Command Points, Green Nova Blade’s ID Tags
- What to do: Enter the small building near the base entrance (marked on the map) and find the flashing Blue Terminal then click on it. The interior is a personal instance. Choose to start operating the mouse droid. While controlling the mouse droid, avoid the water and use the first ability (honk) to scare the technicians. Click on the marked objects on the map to complete the mission.

Explosive Assurances

To protect the Imperial Base from Republic forces and Nova Blades, Imperial Command has requested mines to be deployed in the vicinity. Plant mines at the marked locations, but be on alert for Nova Blade ambushes, as the pirates have been spotted nearby.

- How to get it: From the Imperial Mission Board in the Hidden Imperial Base
- Objectives: Deploy 5 Mine Droids
- Rewards: Rewards: Credits, Command Points, Green Nova Blade’s ID Tags

Dantooine’s abundant food resources are a critical part of the Republic’s supply chain. With pirates causing chaos across the planet, now’s the perfect time to cripple production and deal a critical blow to Republic forces.
Mission Details:

- Objectives: Destroy 5 Stockpiles, Defeat 10 Republic Militia and 3 Jedi
- Rewards: Rewards: Credits, Command Points, Green Nova Blade’s ID Tags

- Rewards: Rewards: Credits, Command Points, 1x Blue Nova Blades’ Tools, 1x Dantooine Surveyor’s Notes (can be traded for special equipment from vendors on Dantooine)
Ractor Ransom [Heroic 4]

This is a [Heroic 4] Mission! Yarvok of the Nova Blades and a number of his crew have taken over the Dantooine Power Station. If the ransom of 15 mill credits isn’t paid promptyl, Yarvok has threatened to destroy the reactor and cripple Dantooine.
Mission Details:
- How to get it: From the Holo Terminal in the Hidden Imperial Base
- Objectives: Enter the instance and either defeat everything or pay your way out
- Rewards: Rewards: Credits, Command Points, 1x Blue Nova Blades’ Tools, 2x Dantooine Surveyor’s Notes (can be traded for special equipment from vendors on Dantooine)
- What to do: This is the most interesting mission. It can be completed in the conventional way – enter the instance, defeat everything that moves and kill the final boss (nothing too special about him); or pay the ransom of 15 mill credits and get right to the ending without having to fight.
The Conventional Way:
Enter the instance, preferably with a buddy or a full team to speed it up. Defeat things that move and attempt to attack you until you reach the final boss and defeat Yarvok. When you are targeted with the line beam (Yarvok’s Special Blend), position yourself so it would not go through the middle of the room (avoid hitting the reactor). After that run to the safe zones – the ones not marked in orange. When you are targeted with the large circle area (Sticky Situation), move away from the team. The damage is not too high, but you should spare your teammates and/or companions when possible. Any team can make it. Two players with a Heal Companion can do it too.
Pay the Ransom Way:
When you get to the instance, stop by the nearby vendor inside and purchase the special item for 15 mill credits, then go through the door. The mission will finish after a short cinematic and you will be done, ready for the next one. Doing this is a lot quicker and a lot more expensive. It also unlocks on the secret achievements on Dantooine. More on that in the Achievements segment of this guide – check the Table of Contents at the top.
Beware of Hugo [Heroic 4]

Since they arrived on Dantooine, the Nova Blades have taken Republic and Imperial hostages indestriminately and are auctioning them off to the highest bidder.
A spy rescued from one of those auctions has provided the location of where the Nova Blades are keeping their prisoners, but the pen is guarded by something called “Hugo”. Any attempt to route the pirates using numbers is sure to get the hostages killed, so this job will have to be done quickly and quietly.
Make your way to the Nova Blade hideout on Dantooine.
Mission Details:
- How to get it: From Underworld Trader Xeelksidlo in the Hidden Imperial Base
- Objectives: Enter the instance and defeat the boss
- Rewards: Rewards: Credits, Command Points, 1x Blue Nova Blades’ Tools, 2x Dantooine Surveyor’s Notes
- What to do: Simply enter the instance and either defeat all mobs inside or rush to the end and click on the door. You will be teleported to the boss area, where Hugo awaits. It’s a Champion monster with a few special attacks, nothing really challenging. There are even kolto tanks nearby.
Shiny New Toy [Heroic 2]

This is a [Heroic 2] Mission! The Nova Blades have obtained an experimental Imperial walker. Search for its location and launch a preemptive strike on it before that walker becomes a bigger problem.
Mission Details:
- How to get it: From Lieutenant Marky in the Hidden Imperial Base
- Objectives: Go to the Nova Blade Main Camp and defeat three named targets, then the boss.
- Rewards: Rewards: Credits, Command Points, 1x Blue Nova Blades’ Tools, 2x Dantooine Surveyor’s Notes (can be traded for special equipment from vendors on Dantooine)
- What to do: The named targets are inside the three buildings. You simply have to stealth-run to them (they are alone in the building, but heavily guarded outside) or kill everything that attacks you. After that you will have to fight the boss.
Definitely not stolen Nova Blade Walker fight:
The final boss is a Champion. Around the boss you will see Weapons Crates. Click on them to pick up a EMP Missile. Use it to disable the boss’s shield. While the shield is active, you cannot damage the walker. You can then interrupt the ability that puts the shield back up. It has a 2s activation timer. Avoid the red circles while fighting the walker.

Event: Pirate Incursion [Weekly]

Assist the Empire on enough missions on Dantooine and reap the rewards.

New Tricks

Things on Dantooine are too peaceful for the Empire’s comfort. You can help remedy that situation and assist Imperial researchers by experimenting on the local wildlife. Use the newly-developed stim on kath hounds across the planet. This should encourage rapid growth and increase aggression in the animals, and in turn cause trouble for the Republic.
- How to get it: From the Imperial Mission Board in the Hidden Imperial Base
- Objectives: Retrieve the Stim and use it on 5x yellow animals; Next free 5x Kath Hounds from Republic Traps
- Rewards: Rewards: Credits, Command Points

All achievements are available to everyone, they are not dependent on the faction you support. Some of them are only available during the Pirate Incursion event.
There are only 5 achievements that grant a reward and for 4 of them it is a bundle of decorations. The Golden Dream hidden achievement grants you a toy.

The Golden Dream
This is an easy one to find and complete… if you have credits. It will cost you 150 million credits to complete. One of the biggest and most blatant credit sinks in the game to date :)
To get The Golden Dream achievement you need to complete the Reactor Ransom 4-man Heroic using the easy way out – pay the price of 15 million credits each time. After you do that 10 times, you will be able to purchase the last item on the Reputation vendor’s list. Its’ called “Yarvok’s Gratitude” and costs only 1 Credit. This item will allow your character to turn all into gold and shine for 30 seconds. This is purely a cosmetic effect. It has no healing power or any other perks attached to itself, except that it literally makes you shine in gold.

Once you complete The Easy Way achievement, The Golden Dream is unlocked.

Here is what the effect looks like. Image via Xam Xam.

Lingering Shadows
Quick and simple one. Use the Handheld scanner item in your “Mission Items” tab from your Inventory (given by some of the missions on Dantooine) to scan the Jedi Enclave Ruins to the far east of the gameplay area. Discovering the ruins will also give you a Lore codex entry – “Jedi Enclave Ruins”.

Well That Was Unexpected
I like jumping into the unknown and every one who has visited my live streams can probably confirm it. This achievement rewards my curiosity.. .and yours too!
Go to the location marked on the map I shared below and jump into the well to receive the “Well that was unexected” achievement. Beware, this will kill your character and force a respawn.
Thanks to user Nikolas for showing me the location of this achievement!

The Poly Exclusion Principle
Probably the simplest, most weirdest and unexplainable achievement of all here. Go to the small island in the south-eastern area of Dantooine and find Polly the bird in the middle of it. Polly is only available and present during the Pirate Incursion event.
Stand next to the bird and notice how a buff with a stacking number is placed on your bar. The description reads “This definitely isn’t suspicious”. When the count reaches 10, a debuff appears on your character stating “This does not bode well”. A couple of seconds later you are blasted away, one-shoted and one achievement richer. Congratulations!
Thanks to Nicolas again for showing me this one back on PTS.

Dantooine Treasure Hunter
To complete this achievement, you need to find the five Notes left by D. Suffy. When you loot them, they appear in your Mission Items inventory tab and you can read the little story. Each one gives you a clue where the next one is hidden.
This reminds me a little of a certain Ossus achievement. Below I have the locations of all five notes and the final location to complete it.

The Dantooine Cipher
Discover five hidden tomes labeled Secrets of Dantooine, Vol 01 to 05. These items are scattered all across Dantooine. Below I have the locations for you. The tomes are always inside a building, never out in the open. They also respawn quick after someone clicks them, but may change their location, but are always in these same buildings I have marked below.
Thanks to Jedi-Limbo for their help with this achievement!

Dantooinian Culinarian
There are two approaches to this Achievement – the standard way is to look for the spawn points and hope to see the items in the designated locations (shown below) or you can opt for the quicker and hackier approach – the alternative jump-method.
I have explained both in great details below.
Standard Method
This achievement requires you to visit Dantooine both when the event is active and when it’s not. Some of the items are present there while the event is active, while others may not be found. All objects have a fairly long re-spawn timers.
Here is the list of six items you need to find somewhere on Dantooine:
- Charred Kath Shank – Around Camp sites (met on top of the fire)
- Fragile Glowshroom – Infront of the Beware of Hugo H2 entrance (on the rocks)
- Irritable Bloatgourd – Around Camps (large purple-ish item, on the ground)
- Nova Blade Rotgut – Next to the entrance of the Reactor Ransom H4
- Perfectly Ripe Vormfruit – Near the northern Farms (on the plants)
- Unnaturally Huge Tuber – Around the southern farms
Below I am sharing the images and maps of each item as I find them. If you discover one that is not yet shared here, send it to me via email or leave a comment below. Thanks.
UPDATE: I have added a few more screenshots with locations and coordinates. They were shared by SWTOR players who left a comment under this guide. Thanks for helping me and the community!

Alternative Jump Method
This is a rather quick and easy way to obtain five of the items in less than a minute. It requires at least two players and involves push and pull mechanics. The explanation below is available thanks to the Stroke my Wookiee guild and its members!
You can scour Dantooine for them or you can get 5 of them in one spot! It seems one naughty pirate has been hiding his rations from the others up on the broken tram lines. You can get there with a friend by pushing and pulling each other up (and summoning). They have a 2-4 hour respawn time so don’t be surprised if they are not there when you first arrive. Pick a character you don’t use often and sit them on the side ramp marked on the map “Log out / in here” and check things out each time you load the game up. If you park your character on the tram line itself when you log out then you may find yourself down on the ground next time you login.

Scholar of Dantooine
This is one of the Exploration achievements. It’s not hidden or secret, but simply involves a lot of roaming around. Most of these you will receive by just entering a certain area. Others you have to click. Below I have marked all ten locations on the map. Some of the achievements may be discovered on more than one location. I have listed the ones where I found them for myself.

- Banir Regional Energy Complex – walk into the area
- Blba Tree – clickable terminal next to the giant tree
- Dantooine – granted upon arrival on Dantooine for the first time
- Dantooine Agriculture – walk into the area
- Imperial Outpost DNT-X004 – walk into the area
- Infinite Empire: Dantooine – a small clickable object on the very edge of the map, surrounded by rocks
- Jedi Enclave Ruins – discovered as part of the “Lingering Shadows” achievement
- Legacy of Darth Traya – a very small clickable datapad on the very edge of the map, south-east of Polly.
- Nova Blade Assault: Dantooine – granted upon completion of the Patrol Daily mission
- Tokare Garrison – walk into the area
This is my Dantooine Missions and Achievements Guide. I hope you have found it useful! If so, don’t forget to share it with your guild and friends to help them complete the event and the Dantooine Achievements.
