What are League Mechanic Rewards

Path of Exile 2’s Campaign Rewards aren’t limited to just the per-zone items you find from the small events, but each patch’s League Mechanic also awards set currency and items you can use to get ahead in the early game.

While these aren’t permanent character power bonuses like many of the other rewards, the currency and other items it can provide can be worth going out of the way for. Many of the rewards will help with early crafting and allow you to keep pace much more easily while leveling.

Which Rewards To Prioritize

As stated above, the bulk of the items are currency, which allows for more consistent upgrades, or at least the means to check for them during the Campaign. This makes Orbs of Transmutation, Orbs of Augmentation, Alchemy Orbs, Regal Orbs, and Exalted Orbs among the highest priority to pick up.

There are, however, a few extra Uncut Gems you can pick up as well. Of particular note, doing the League Mechanic in Freythorn gives another early Support Gem, which can be incredibly limited in the early game.

There are also several Runes, which, while random, do have a chance of being great options. Iron and Elemental runes in particular are great for bolstering both your Offensive and Defensive Stats, making them very flexible.

Of course, it’s not always going to be beneficial to find even the League Mechanic in every zone, regardless of the reward. A balance between progressing the campaign and taking advantage of the rewarding league mechanics as you encounter them will always be the best approach.
