- You can get it as a reward for defeating the Queen Spider at Arboria Castle in the quest Queen of the Silkspun Citadel.
- You can obtain its blueprint from Mission Dispatch and learn to craft it with the help of a Witch.

Additional Info
- How to Trigger it: Queen’s Fangs triggers when you use Stab with the weapon it is slotted into. A charged Stab sprays poison in a cone in front of you, hitting every enemy caught in it.
- Cost Considerations: Like other skill-modifying gears, it raises the resource cost of Stab every time it triggers. It does nothing for slashes and overhead swings.
- Related Abyss Gears: Piercing Bloom also comes from a thrusting attack.
