Tommaso Refinement Token
Item Stats
SourceA reliable source / location for this item.
A token granted by the mayor of Tommaso to individuals who possess unrivaled strength. If you present this token to the town’s blacksmith, Tibo, it will cover the material cost of refining your equipment. However, these tokens can only be used for equipment that has been refined less than five times, as the tokens from the mayor are not enough to cover the costs of the valuable resources required beyond that point.
How to Obtain
You get it as a reward for completing certain faction quests in Tommaso.

Additional Info
You can only spend these tokens with Tibo, the blacksmith on the north side of Tommaso. Each token raises a weapon or armor piece by one refinement level, but only up to +4.
