Location
The Pailune Saddlery is located in near the north wall of Pailune city. This saddler is unlocked when you progress far enough into the main story to liberate Pailune from the Black Bears (Chapter VII)

The Pailune Saddlery offers the regular mount equipment plus they have an Ibex Saddle and a Bear Saddle for your special mounts.
Overview
A saddler of Pailune. She started out by simply adjusting horse tack to fit each animal out of a genuine love for horses. Before long, her skills flourished, and she became a master artisan. She still loves horses to this day, meticulously looking after the well being of those in the stable.
