Where to find Drakesfall Gorge Ancient Ruins
Drakesfall Gorge Ancient Ruins can be found between Hernand and Pailune at Drakesfall Gorge. It’s a short trip north of Bellanor Beacon and northeast of the Hernand North Gate.
Solving the “Green Light, Red Light” Puzzle
At this location are numerous soldier statues with swords, and a single statue facing away at the end. Stand at the far end where the old bricks are and the statues will raise their swords. When their swords and the statue at the end raise, you can begin the puzzle.
This is a game of “Red Light, Green Light”. The statue at the end will occasionally look back towards you then look away.
To win, you’ll need to reach the Abyss Cresset that spawns near the central statue wihout the statue’s eyes seeing you move. If the statue’s eyes turn red, you have failed and have to restart the challenge. Move only when the statue’s head is not facing you.
Walk or jog your way to the statue, but avoid running or sprinting. The wind down animation from running or sprinting can cause you to fail and restart the game.
Reward
After besting the challenge, you’ll activate the Abyss Cresset for an Abyss Artifact and Fast Travel Point.
