Nature’s Snare is one of Crimson Desert’s few multi-purpose skills and is observable as well. This guide will show you where to find it and how to use it to solve the Haunted Hill’s puzzle.
Where to find the Puzzle
You can find the Haunted Hill west of the Three Saints Falls in Hernaned. North and between the N and D letters of the map. The ruins you are looking for are partially flooded.
How to unlock Nature’s Snare
Locate the blue hologram that shows an NPC performing Nature’s Snare. After observing it for a few seconds, you’ll learn Nature’s Snare. Now, it’s time to see how it can be used in non-combat situations.
How to Solve the Puzzle
You will see a strange device with two levers just a couple of steps from your position. Use Nature’s Snare, and the wind will start moving the device. As a result, it will rise from the ground, which will drain some of the water.
Next, go to the opposite corner. If you did the previous step correctly, a second device should be visible. Depending on how much Spirit you have, you might need to use focus to recharge it.
Use Nature’s Snare with this second device. The goal is to drain all the remaining water, so don’t stop until this happens. You’ll know it worked because a small cinematic will trigger.
Make sure to grab the Abyss Artifact before leaving the ruins.
