Learn how to complete the Desert Fragment Puzzle in Crimson Desert. This puzzle is a bit complicated, but this guide will help you solve this puzzle with ease and get that Abyss Artifact!
This puzzle is the fourth in a series of Abyss Puzzles. The order of this puzzle chain is as follows:
- Spire of Frost
- Passage of Malice
- Tomb of Perdition
- Desert Fragment (this one)
- Cradle of Truth
Redirect the three lasers
When you reach the Desert Fragment, you’ll find a large open area surrounded by columns. In the front is a control switch and above you are lasers and cubes. Use Axiom Force on the control switch.
Your goal is to redirect the flow of three lasers by rotating various cubes so that the lasers hit the three nodes. Accomplishing this will activate the large switch to spawn the Abyss Artifact. The solution can be seen in the following image:
Loot the Treasure Chest at the Skybridge
After solving the puzzle, activate the switch and pick up the Artifact. Activate the Skybridge and at the teleporter platform is a bismuth wall.
Use Focused Force Palm to destroy it and loot the bismuth ore. The ore might clip into the wall, making it awkward to pick up. The Treasure Chest inside will have a Faded Abyss Artifact and a Frostward III Abyss Gear.
Use the teleporter to reach the fifth puzzle of this puzzle chain, the Cradle of Truth. Brace yourself because this next one is painful.
