This guide will show you how to solve the puzzle at Root’s End, obtain the Abyss Artifact and the optional treasure chests.
How to reach Root’s End
Root’s End is part of a chain of Abyss Puzzles that starts from Ethereal Pathway and leads to Precipice of Truth. It is one of 40 Abyss Puzzles you have to solve if you want to earn the Conqueror of the Abyss Achievement in Crimson Desert.

To solve the puzzle and reach the treasure chests, Axiom Force, Aerial Force Palm and Aerial Roll will be quite helpful.
Optional Treasure Chests
Before you solve the puzzle, there are a couple of treasure chests you should pick up.
Treasure Chest 1
The first one is on a lonely floating platform northeast of the main platform. From the Nexus, turn left and climb up. Then use double Aerial Force Palm and glide to the platform to the northeast. You can teleport back to the Nexus after that.
Treasure Chest 2
From the Nexus, turn right (west) and drop down to the lower floating platform. From there, glide down to the next platform south of it. Then teleport back to the Nexus.
Treasure Chest 3
From the Nexus, climb up to the main floor where the pool of water is. Go past it and head to the southeast end of the platform to find the second Treasure Chest.
How to solve the Puzzle
Go to the middle of the pool of water. Kneel on top of the metal grate and use Force Palm. This will cause the grate to flip and you will start falling down.
You will start falling down with a bunch of slowly-moving lasers around you. Stay calm and don’t make sudden movements. Even if you get hit by one of the beams, you can eat food quickly, they don’t hurt that much. Stay away from the walls.
Near the bottom of this hole, there is a power unit you have to grab. It’s floating high up in the air, though. You can grab it on your way down as you are falling. use Aerial Force Palm to jump high enough so you can grab the object with Axiom Force and drag it down with you.
Place it in its intended location to power up the teleporter to the right. This will take you to the final platform for this puzzle.
Place the power cuboid into the empty right socket. Next, stand in the middle of the circular button, kneel and use Force Palm to push the button and complete the puzzle.
Activate the bridge to continue to Precipice of Truth. To reach the teleporter, you can use Aerial Force Palm x2 and glide to the platform. Alternatively, you can use normal jump and Precise Jump to reach it.
