The Azure Moon Labyrinth is an Ancient Ruins puzzle in Crimson Desert, requiring you to press the correct five symbols to unlock an Abyss Artifact and the Memory of Tide knowledge.
What is the Question Mark in The Witchwoods
When you first visited Elowen, the Witch of Kindness, you likely found a strange questionmark symbol on the map northeast of her house.
The marker is for an underground Ancient Ruin, called Azure Moon Labyrinth. A litle bit to the northeast from the witch’s house, you may find a stone door. This is actually the exit point after you solve the puzzle.
To access the ancient ruin, you have to climb down a hole with a ladder in a small shed at Phoniel Ranch, located to the northeast of the questionmark you will see on your map.
The underground ruin is not complex to navigate. You can climb the walls to avoid the metal spikes and burning flames.
Read the Map
After the multiple sets of flame traps, on the right-hand side, in a small alcove, you will find the map mural. It depicts the area of Hernand around the village of Pororin.
There are five markers on the map and a large place of interest in the top right corner. This is the Goldlief Guildhouse directly north of Pororin.
Where to find the Symbols
To be able to physically explore the area and find all five symbols, you will want to first unlock Pororin. This is the Shai village where you will find many cats, pet armor, a dyehouse and a ton of other interesting secrets.
All five symbols are marked on large trees. They are easy to spot from a distance once you know what you are looking for.
Azure Moon Labyrinth Puzzle Solution
You can entirely skip the hunt for the symbols now that you know what they are. Or you can have fun looking for them, just for the joy of exploration.
Head to the Ancient Ruin, interact with the lever at the end of the corridor to access the large chamber where you will see two sets stone tiles, four on the right and four on the left.
Press the correct ones to complete the puzzle:
- Right Side: 1, 3, 4
- Left Side: 2, 3
Rewards
After correctly pressing all five tiles, the door in the middle will open up revealing the Abyss Cresset holding an Abyss Artifact.
For solving the Azure Moon Labyrinth puzzle, you will also receive the Memory of Tide knowledge, revealing locations of many caves around Hernand.
