Golden Plains Ancient Ruins Puzzle Solution in Crimson Desert

Adrian by Adrian|

The Golden Plains are home to one of Crimson Desert’s Ancient Ruins puzzles. Find out the exact location of these ruins and how to solve the puzzle within to complete its related challenge and claim an Abyss Artifact.

Where to find the Golden Plains Ancient Ruins

The Golden Plains Ancient Ruins can be found on the north side of Demeniss. East of the Kingshield Mountains, “between” the E and M of Demeniss.

How to solve the Statue Puzzle

The goal of this puzzle is to rotate and position the four statues so that all of them are facing the center. This will trigger the Abyss Cresset to reveal the Abyss Artifact on the side of this structure.

The problematic thing about this puzzle is that when you move a statue, a second one will rotate as well. Thankfully, you can solve it in just three steps.

Reveal the 4th Statue

First, stand in the opposite direction of the wall covered in vines and use Blinding Flash to burn them. This will reveal the fourth statue of the puzzle.

Rotate the Statues

Walk behind the statue that is facing the recently revealed statue and examine it. Move it until it faces the center. This also moves the opposite statue, meaning that both statues end up facing the center.

You’ll hear how the rock makes a click when you are in the right position. If you have trouble hearing this, use the tip of the triangle as a reference.

The last step is to rotate the statue on the left side. Turn it to face the center. Doing this also moves the statue on the opposite side.

Once all four statues are properly aligned, the puzzle will be completed.

Reward

As with all other Ancient Ruins puzzles, the reward is an Abyss Artifact. This one is not sealed. It will directly give you a +1 Skill Point. You can use it to unlock new skills or upgrade your gear to higher tiers.
