Trinkets are the most unique items in Black Flag Resynced. Instead of raw stats, they provide unique perks that, combined with other items, can be quite powerful. Especially since you can wear two Trinkets at the same time.

Black Pearl
Perk
Takedowns can chain to one more enemy.
You can purchase the Black Pearl from the General Store for Wine x20, Spice x40, Tobacco x30, and Aloe x20. It will be available once you upgrade it to Level 3.
Brass Bird Trinket
Perk
Rope Dart cooldown is shorter.
The Brass Bird Trinket is included in the Master Assassin Bundle that is obtainable by purchasing the Deluxe Edition of the game or the Character Pack.
Guardian Beast Trinket
Perk
Health slowly regenerates while out of combat.
You can find the Guardian Beast Trinket in an underwater chest located on an unmarked island in Dry Tortuga. The coordinates are 356,701.
Hidden Ones Sigil
Perk
Enemies’ detection time is increased while crouched.
The Hidden Ones Sigil is obtained automatically after completing 15 of 30 Assassin Contracts. Assassin Contracts are available after completing the main quest “Overrun and Outnumbered”.
Obsidian Monolith
Perk
Perfect Dodge is easier to perform.
The Obsidian Monolith is the ninth reward obtained from the Eye in the Dark Project. To progress through this project, you need to eliminate anomalies. These anomalies are reset twice per week.
Shark Teeth
Perk
Brutes cannot deny Chain Takedowns.
You can purchase the Shark Teeth from the General Store for 25,000 Reales. It will be available once you upgrade it to Level 3.
Templar Cross
Perk
Reduce damage from enemy melee attacks.
The Templar Cross is unlocked after completing the “Damn Fine Gear” quest by helping Antó, Opía, Upton, and Rhona. Each questline will reward you with a Templar Key. Only then you’ll be able to claim the Templar Cross and Templar Armor at the Manor.
Wooden Eyeball
Perk
Quick shooting kills Brutes instantly
Collect four Preserved Maps by looting Warehouses (random drop). Then trade them with the Treasure Dealer and head to Sacrifice Island. Find the chest at coordinates 14,554. The chest contains both the Wooden Eyeball and Shade and Shadow Robes.
Yax Tun Pendant
Perk
All gunshots are mysteriously absorbed.
The Yax Tun Pendant is one of the rewards you get for completing the Mayan Mysteries Quest, which involves finding all Mayan Stelae.
Anchor Medallion
Perk
Increases the rewards from floating loot.
The Anchor Medallion is inside a chest on Sacrifice Island. Coordinates: 16,544.
Bloody Spanish Medal
Perk
Reduces damage from Spanish soldiers.
The Bloody Spanish Medal is in a plantation northwest of Kingston. It is next to a skull on a bookshelf. You get access to this place during the main quest “Unmanned”. Lauren Prins’ portrait is also in this room.
Cross Pendant
Perk
Reduces damage from British soldiers.
The Cross Pendant is a reward for the Local Event “Tithes Paid” in Kingston. In my case, all I had to do was walk up to him, and he simply gave it to me after making it very clear how frightened he was. However, other players have reported that you can kill or pickpocket him while he is talking to another NPC. Coordinates: 616, 178.
Exotic Sea Shells
Perk
Increases the wildlife products gained from skinning animals.
The Exotic Sea Shells are found in a chest south of Havana. Coordinates: 214, 568.
Folded Palm
Perk
Gain reales after each Takedown.
Folded Palm is obtainable after pickpocketing or killing a specific soldier during the Local Event “Spiteful Soldier” in Havana. Simply walk close to the dock, and you will see him. Coordinates: 225,589.
Found Coin
Perk
Increase the amount of Reales gained.
Found Coin is obtained from Bernard after getting 15 Art Pieces during the Art Lover side quest.
Jackdaw Totem
Perk
Falling from high places no longer damages Edward.
The Jackdaw Totem is the reward you receive after completing the new side quest “A World Without Gold”.
Lock of Hair
Perk
Restore some health after a perfect parry.
The Lock of Hair is obtained after completing the Wayward Souls Rift.
Lodestone
Perk
Loots nearby Corpses and Curios automatically.
You can purchase the Lodestone from the General Store for 7,000 Reales. It will be available once you upgrade it to Level 2.
Narwhal’s Horn
Perk
Attacks break enemy defenses faster.
The Narwhal’s Horn is located on top of a notebook in a house (second floor) located on Cat Island. Coordinates: 706, 664.
Small Goblet
Perk
Increases the amount of healing from food, drink, and remedies.
You obtain the Small Goblet after completing all quests for “Padre”, one of the three recruitable officers.
Stormrunner Pendant
Perk
Increases the amount of healing from food, drink, and remedies.
The Stormrunner pendant is located on the ocean floor. This one is not in an underwater chest but hidden deep in the sand. It is very important that you are in the right coordinates; otherwise, it will be hard to spot it. Coordinates: 614,767.
The Stormrunner Pendant and Small Goblet share the same perk. This is probably due to the Stormrunner Pendant being a collaboration with Red Bull.
Diamond Trinket
Perk
Oxygen drains slower while diving underwater.
The Diamond Trinket is in an underwater chest in Cape Bonavista, under the very first Viewpoint you encounter in the game.
Gold Earring
Perk
Reduces the gain of Wanted Level from acts of piracy.
The Gold Earring is in an underwater chest in Salt Key Bank. Coordinates: 465,601.
Rabbit’s Foot
Perk
Chance of staggering an enemy following a successful parry.
The Rabbit’s Foot is a reward for completing Opia’s Templar Hunt, which starts at Cayman Sound. This side quest becomes available after completing the main quest “This Old Cove”.
Small Bones
Perk
Heals after successful assassination.
To get the Small Bones, you need to head to coordinates 601,761 in Nassau and search for these two NPCs. Listen to their conversation about some guy at the church who is going crazy.
Head to the church; there’s this poor guy mumbling in a very Gollum-ish way. Leave the spot and walk for a few hundred meters.
A Local Event will appear on your map. Now simply return to the church to find the poor guy dead. Interact with him to loot the Small Bones trinket.
