To get Gargoyle’s Breath, you need to collect all 6 Weathered Map Pieces located in Great Inagua, Jiguey, Annoto Bay, Petite Caverne, San Juan, and Ambergris Key. Once you have all of them, head to Mystery Island, where you’ll find the chest that contains Gargoyle’s Breath and the Persian Scimitar swords. The coordinates are 914,124.

Instead, you buy items in exchange for Wildlife Products and Trading Goods. For these pistols specifically, he asks for Capuchin Monkey Pelt x3, Iguana Leather x4, and Rum Barrel x20.
