Learn where to find the Secret Island Vendor and how to get the Deceased Crew Attire in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. With this crew attire, you can make your crew look like skeletons as they plunder and pillage!
As you’ve been playing Black Flag Resynced, have you been thinking “Man, I wish this game had some undead pirates to liven things up”? Well then I have good news for you! You can purchase some crew attire to turn your crew into skeletal pirates!
Where to find the Secret Island Vendor
If you look at the northwest corner of Gibara, you’ll see an unmarked island that appears to be nothing significant at a glance. Should you sail here, you’ll find a small General Store and some NPCs bragging about their pilfered goods for sale.
This island is a short trip south of Andreas Island and west of the Antocha Wreck. The island’s dock is too small and shallow for the Jackdaw, so you’ll need to swim to the island once you get there.

Secret Island Vendor Goods
The Secret Island Vendor doesn’t have a lot of goods to sell, but anything he does sell is of excellent quality and rarity. He sells two weapons, two ship vanity items, and three paintings for your manor. Let’s start with the best item first.
Deceased Crew Attire
This ship vanity item is Crew Attire you can apply to the crew of the Jackdaw. This will turn them all into skeletal pirates. There are no fleshy bits, just skeletons and their pirate swagger!

To purchase this crew attire, you’ll need to pay 206 bones. Typically you’ll farm these by hunting and harpooning land and sea critters. The problem with that is that hunting an animal doesn’t guarantee it’ll drop a bone. There is a better way to get bones, but it won’t be cheap.
To get all the bones you need, you’ll need two things: the Treasure Dealer at your Hideout and 206,000 reales. The Treasure Dealer at Great Inagua will sell bones to you for 1,000 reales a piece.
Don’t let the amount of bones he has available fool you, his bone stock increases for every 1,000 reales you have. If you can farm enough reales from boarding ships, you can save a lot of time that would otherwise be spent hunting animals.

Assuming you have upgraded your ship well enough, it shouldn’t be too hard to farm Frigates and Man O’ Wars to get the money. Once acquired, you can sail the Caribbean and plunder treasure with your undead crew!

Ferraro’s Rapiers
Moving onto other items for sale, the vendor sells Ferraro’s Rapiers for 16,000 reales. While pricey, it deals 38 damage and has a maximum of 4 takedowns. This damage is nothing to scoff at as it’s far superior to the Officer’s Rapiers found in the general store that doesn’t even have half the damage of these.

Captain Drake’s Flintlocks
The second weapon available are Captain Drake’s Flintlocks. This legendary pistol has a range of 24, draw speed of 1.20, and its pistol shots can kill Captains instantly (except bosses). This pistol can be yours for the price of 22,000 reales.
While you can take out an enemy Captain with one shot using the swivel guns, this isn’t an option when boarding Man O’ Wars due to their height. This is an excellent weapon for late game farming.

Phoenix Figurehead
The second ship vanity item aside from the Deceased Crew Outfit is the Phoenix Figurehead. This unlocks a gilded wood phoenix carving for the Jackdaw. This will cost you 1,000 reales and 75 wood.

Strange Paintings
Lastly where are three Strange Paintings for sale. Each of these cost 2,000 reales and can be placed into your manor for decorative purposes. You’ll have the following options available:
