Location
You’ll find Colin at Hidden Grove Ranch in Demeniss. You can place what you buy once you unlock home decoration at Howling Hill during Chapter III of the main story.
Demeniss is hostile until you complete Chapter VIII of the main story, but this vendor and most of the others are available and willing to deal with you, if you can catch a moment of calm from being chased by guards and soldiers.

Valuables to buy
Most of Colin’s stock is purely decorative, but two items are worth buying early:
- Sturdy Gatherables Chest: stores ores, herbs and other gathered crafting materials, and expands up to 1,000 slots.
- Cooking Pot: lets you cook at home instead of traveling to a public cooking station.
