Crimson Desert update 1.10 allows you to collect two Wyvern Eggs, hatch both, keep one as Baby Wyvern Pet, feed the other one to grow it into a full sized Wyvern Mount.
Where to find Wyvern Eggs
You can find a Wyvern Egg inside the cave with the treasure chest containing the Helm from the Skyblazer Armor Set. The cave is located in southwestern Delasyia.

Go to the Wyvern’s Cradle, located northwest of Fort Windridge. To reveal the cave’s entrance, use Focused Force Palm. Aim at the Abyss Gear inside the stone and when the screen flashes yellow, release the button.

When you enter the cave, look for a large white egg to the right from the treasure chest.

In this area, you will also find Alder, the third Shai. This NPC is part of the Children of the Woods Faction Quest.
With Update 1.10, Pearl Abyss introduced the possibility to feed the Baby and grow it into a large Wyvern that you can mount. So, they also added a second location with an egg you can pick up. This way you can have both a pet and a mount wyverns.

How to Hatch the Wyvern Eggs
Pick up the Egg and carry it to the nearby Wyvern Nest. The nest is marked on your minimap and is located a few meters to the southwest from the cave.

Drop the Wyvern Egg in the middle of the nest and wait for the Hatch button to become available. It may take a little bit of time.

A short animation will play out of the egg growing bigger and blowing up, then the Baby Wyvern will be born. There is no taming or adopting process. This baby is yours to keep from the moment it hatches.
There is a Challenge requiring you to tame 30 unique pets. It’s called “Little Companions” and is located under Life → White Crow’s Gaze Hunting. Any pets count towards this challenge, not just Special (Legendary) ones.

What the Baby Wyvern Pet can do for you
Besides looking cute and awesome, the Baby Wyvern will fly around you and loot stuff from bodies you leave behind on the ground during and after combat.

This pet doesn’t seem to want to land on your hand or shoulder. It keeps hovering around and over your head.

It is quite fast and precise with the looting. So, move over, Iron Eagle, I have a new favorite Pet in Crimson Desert!
And if you want a special photo session with the baby wyvern, you can call it to the ground. This is a fun, but functionally pointless feature.

How to Grow the Baby Wyvern into a Mount
With Update 1.10, Pearl Abyss added the previously promised ability to grow the Baby Wyvern into a full mount.
You can feed it meat, and it will grow up into an adult Wyvern you can ride as a flying mount. The process takes some time. There’s a daily cap like there is for earning a pet’s Trust.

When it reaches level 3, you can interact with the Baby Wyvern to grow it. Following a shirt animation, the wyvern mount will be standing in front of you in all of it’s magnificence.

To avoid possible confusion which of the two Babies you are feeding, you could grow the first one you get, then pick up the second egg and hatch it to have a Baby Wyvern Pet next to your grown up Wyvern mount. Or you could decorate the pet with an Aviator Hat.

How to use the Wyvern Mount
The Wyvern mount takes the best of both the regular ground mounts and the giant dragon, Blackstar. You can fly with it and shoot ranged projectiles at targets. You can also aim. You can ride it on the ground too, of course. And you can call it anywhere, including in cities and locations where Blackstar is usually not allowed.

One of the downsides is that this thing is large. You can take off and land it anywhere, but it comes with some level of destruction of property usually, which can cause Vandalism Crime notices.

You can mount the Wyvern when it’s on the ground by approaching it and interacting with it. You can also use Axiom Force to mount while the beast is in the air.

And, of course, you can use Blinding Flash while mounted. This is by far the easiest and quickest way to find the last few remaining locations you are missing for your 100% competionist playthrough.

Wyvern Hat and Saddle
You can get accessories for your pet and mount at two different locations in Pywel. A hat for your baby, and a saddle for your mount.
Small Wyvern Aviator Hat
There’s a Small Wyvern Aviator Hat you can get from the Pet store in Pororin for your Baby Wyvern.

Wyvern Saddle
You can purchase the Wyvern Saddle for your grown up Wyvern mount from the Saddlery just south from the City of Delesyia.
