You can find the Demeniss Wildlife Park Tailor’s Shop near the northern entrance to the Wildlife Park in southern Demeniss, just south from the capital. The tailor is under one of the white tents.
Requirements to access
The entire region of Demeniss will be hostile to you until you complete Chapter VIII from the main story. You will be able to explore the region, but everything everywhere will be chasing and attacking you. This will make it more difficult to interact with vendors, but this one as well as all other regular shops are available all the time.
