Location
This equipment shop is located inside the Delesyian Institute in the heart of Delesyia City. From the inner square yard, enter the north wing and go through the two pairs of double-doors, then turn left to find Harland’s stand.
Requirements to access
You may need to progress through Chapter XI from the main story to fully unlock the city and all of its vendors.
After you complete the story, you will be able to freely walk around the entire region, but will still be required to wear a Visione if you want to enter the Delesyia Castle territory.
Do you need these Visiones?
No. Each Visione has the same basic functionality – to read memories. Anything beyond the standard Visione you get early in the game’s main story, is purely for cosmetic reasons.
