Location
This butchery is located in a market you’ll find on the southernmost side of the capital city of Pailune.
Requirements to Access
The region of Pailune is hostile from the start of the game. Although some small villages around the edges of the region may be free with their vendors open for business, this is not the case in the city of Pailune.
The entire city is occupied from the start of the game by the Black Bears and until you complete Chapter VII, none of its vendors and friendly NPCs will be available.
