This Smuggler’s Dock Fishing Shop sells a small range of fish and fishing rods. Here you will also find a few unpackaged trade goods.
A Fishing Shop is where you can buy a Fishing Rod and a selection of fish for cooking. Fishing Shops are found in every region, usually on a dock, pier or shoreline. Each shop carries a different selection of fish, so not every shop sells every species. Buying or catching a new fish, unlocks its Knowledge entry.

You can find the Smuggler’s Dock Fishing Shop at Dhadow’s Slope on the south shore of Demeniss, west of the Silvermoon Tradehouse. The location is southeast of the City of Demeniss.
Like most other shops in the region, this one is available and accessible from the start of the game, but Demeniss is hostile until you liberate it in Chapter VIII.
There will be tons of soldiers patrolling the roads, makin it difficult for you to interact with the NPCs without being attacked.
