Where to find it
You can unlock Bari as a witch and complete her questline. Once you unlock her as a witch, you can visit her in the middle of a lake south of the Silver Wolf Mountain.
Witch’s Workshop (Bari)
Bari’s workshop is located in the middle of a lake in northern Pailune. She is one of four Witches of Pywel who you will encounter and complete quests for to unlock their services.
Overview
The witch of kindness who resides in Pywel. Out of sheer compassion, she once helped the people of Pailune when they were struggling, but a powerful witch such as herself was never meant to get involved in the affairs of the land below. Since then, she has become prim and curt when interacting with others, yet still carries a gentle heart within.
