- You can obtain its blueprint from Mission Dispatch and learn to craft it with the help of a Witch.
- You can extract this Abyss Gear from a piece of armor.
- You can find it in treasure chests across Pywel.
- You earn this Abyss Gear as reward for completing the Bow Challenge Bow Aimed at Fate IV.
- You earn this Abyss Gear as reward for completing the Gun Challenge When Lightning Strikes IV.
- You earn this Abyss Gear as a reward for completing the Battle Challenge Flash.

- How to Trigger it: Aptitude I is a passive bonus. It applies automatically while the equipment it is slotted into is equipped.
- Cost Considerations: It is not tied to a skill, so it adds no extra Stamina or Spirit cost. It does take up a socket that could hold a combat gear.
- Similar Alternatives: Service increases Contribution XP in the same way, and is easy to confuse with Aptitude.
- Recommended Use: In reality, you should not need to use this.
