How to Obtain
You get Harpy Feathers by defeating harpies on Silver Wolf Mountain in Pailune. Harpies are aggressive flying enemies that attack on sight, often in small groups. Pull them one at a time with a bow, since they’re hard to hit with melee while they swoop.
Additional Info
Silver Wolf Mountain is cold and high up. Using an Ice Resistance set will help make your exploration and hunt there easier.
