A token granted by the Duke of Hernand to individuals who have acted honorably in the service of his duchy. If you present this token to the town’s blacksmith, Turnali, it will cover the material cost of refining your equipment. However, these tokens can only be used for equipment that has been refined less than five times, as the tokens from the duke are not enough to cover the costs of the valuable resources required beyond that point.
How to Obtain
You get it as a reward for completing certain main and faction quests in Hernand.

You can only spend these tokens with Turnali, the blacksmith in Hernand City. Each token raises a weapon or armor piece by one refinement level, but only up to +4. Use them on gear whose upgrades cost a lot of materials, such as bows and shields, which need plenty of Timber.
