Delesyia may be known for its technology, but good leather still matters here. The local tannery supplies the hides you need for crafting and refinement without leaving Marniville.
The Tannery is a shop where you can buy various types of Hide in reasonable quantities and at a decent price. There is usually a Tannery at every major settlement in each of the Regions of Pywel. Not every shop sells all types of Hides, though. They all restock their inventory regularly.

You will find this tannery right next to the Tailor’s shop on the west wall of Delesyia City. It’s a short trip north from the Abyss Nexus.
Before the story takes you to Delesyia, in Chapter XI, you may need to wear a Visione to be able to talk to the NPCs.
After you complete this chapter, the only location where Visione will remain mandatory, is the Delesyia Castle. The city will be free to explore. If you can take the constant Visione promotions in the air.
