Learn how to complete the investigation quest Shadows of Knowledge in Crimson Desert. This guide will provide the correct answers throughout the murder investigation in Delesyia.
Where to start Shadows of Knowledge
You can start Shadows of Knowledge by by completing Chapter XI, the Aeserion quest line, and liberating Fort Windridge.
Once you’ve done all of the prerequisites, you can start the first quest of Shadows of Knowledge, Red Ink, by going to the alley east of the Delesyian Institute.
Investigating the Murder
A murder was committed just outside the Delesyian Institute. Talk to the Delesyian Guard then examine the victim’s right cheek and both palms. Equip the Visione and talk to the Marni Devotee.
Go to the Delesyian Institute’s kitchen and take the sharp dagger in the corner. Go to the laboratory on the second floor of the east wing, then take and read the Research Suspension Warning.
Interrogate the suspect on the third floor and select the following options:
- Witness Testimony
- Lie
- Research Suspension Warning
- Conflict Between Scholars
- Lie
- Murder Weapon
Take the murder weapon to the Scholar Devotee right outside the blacksmith’s. Select the following:
- Murder Weapon
- Truth
Talk to the Marni Devotee in the courtyard east of the Institute. Tackle the one running away and take him to the Institute’s courtyard to complete the quest.
Reward
For a reward, you’ll receive 200 Delesyian Contribution and the Ornate Magnifying Glass decoration.
