This dock shop in Pailune City sells freshwater fish, including Northern Pike, and buys your catch.
A Fishing Shop is where you can buy a Fishing Rod and a selection of fish for cooking. Fishing Shops are found in every region, usually on a dock, pier or shoreline. Each shop carries a different selection of fish, so not every shop sells every species. Buying or catching a new fish, unlocks its Knowledge entry.

You can find the fishing shop on the docks of Pailune City. The city is located on the west side of the Upper Denn River.
Until you complete Chapter VII of the main story, the entire city of Pailune is hostile and filled with Black Bears. There are no vendors and shops. This one is also not available before you complete this chapter. After you liberate the city, all standard shops will spawn.
