You can get it as a random reward from a Witch’s Special Synthesis, which fuses one stat gear (a gear that boosts a stat) and one effect gear (a gear with a special effect) of the same tier. The result is a random Unidentified Abyss Gear, and every Fusion has a 4% chance of it being a Greater Abyss Gear.
You receive a copy of this Abyss Gear as a reward for completing the Blaster challenge Barraging Cannon III, which is unlocked by obtaining a Sealed Abyss Artifact.

How to Trigger it: Greater Swift is a passive bonus. It speeds up your attacks as long as the equipment it is slotted into is equipped.
Cost Considerations: It is not tied to a skill, so it adds no extra Stamina or Spirit cost, though faster attacks burn through Stamina more quickly in long combos. Unlike the regular tiers, it has limited durability that wears down with use, and it may only just last through a tough boss fight.

Recommended Use: Save it for hard boss fights on combo-heavy builds and slow heavy weapons, and use Swift III for everyday combat.
