How to Obtain

There is no official Icewing Necklace, but Karanda’s Necklace is a strong match from a thematic and visual perspective with the feather appearance and silver color contrasting with the brown “plate” armor just like the Frostfang does.

Karanda is the Harpy Queen you fight in Pailune, but you can steal Karanda’s Necklace from a strongbox in a concealed cellar at the Western Court of Demeniss after solving a slide puzzle.
