- How to Trigger it: Order from Above triggers when you perform a Finisher with the weapon it is slotted into. The spears of light land on the enemy you’re finishing, with no aiming needed.
- Cost Considerations: Like other skill-modifying gears, it raises the resource cost of the attack every time it triggers. It only fires during Finishers, so it does nothing in the rest of a fight.
