How to Obtain
You can pick up a Rich Oranage Dye from the top shelf in one of the abandoned buildings at the Well of Enlightenment in Tashkalp. Look for the building with the Bismuth formation on the wall, then enter the building to the right of it to find the dye.

When you use the bottle from your inventory, you will unlock rows 3 and 4 at the Tommasoan Dye tab. The Tommaso Dyehouse specializes in this dye. Alternatively, you can go to Oliver at the Base Came Dyehouse, who will be able to recreate the shades of this hue perfectly.
