Service II is a Non-combat Abyss Gear available to all players in Crimson Desert. It increases the Contribution EXP you earn. It’s an upgrade to Service I.

Item Stats
Grants a variety of effects when embedded in an equipment socket. Witches found in each region have the power to embed or remove Abyss gears.
How to Obtain
- You can use a Witch to synthesize two Service I into one Service II.
- You can get it as a reward for completing the Challenges and Changes challenge Greymane’s Vow, which is unlocked by a Sealed Abyss Artifact.
- You get it as a reward for completing the Contract of the Golden Crowns Trade challenge.

- How to Trigger it: Service II is a passive bonus. It increases the Contribution XP you earn as long as the equipment it is slotted into is equipped.
- Cost Considerations: It is not tied to a skill, so it adds no extra Stamina or Spirit cost. It does nothing in combat and takes up a socket that could hold a combat gear.
- Related Abyss Gears: Aptitude increases your Skill XP, and Solidarity increases the trust you gain with NPCs.
- Recommended Use: Best in a swap set you wear while doing quests and faction work in a region, so you build up Contribution faster, then swap out before fights.
