How to Obtain
- You can extract this Abyss Gear from the Scorchflame Plate Gloves to slot into your equipped items. You can find the Scorchflame Plate Gloves in a chest behind a waterfall at Twilight Grotto, or get them as a reward for defeating the Flame Knight.
- You can obtain its blueprint from Mission Dispatch and learn to craft it with the help of a Witch.

- How to Trigger it: Volcanic Eruption triggers when you land fire-imbued attacks while the armor it is slotted into is equipped. The flaming rocks scatter around the target, dealing damage, setting enemies on fire and building up stagger.
- Cost Considerations: It costs extra Spirit every time it triggers, on top of the Spirit spent on the fire imbue. You need the fire element unlocked through the Imbue Element skill, and the gear does nothing while another element is active.
- Related Abyss Gears: Flames of Judgment also triggers from fire-imbued attacks, while Shattering Frost, Storm Fang and Pillar of Wind do the same for other elements.
- Recommended Use: The strongest element gear for boss fights. Pair it with Flames of Judgment and fire-imbued Turning Slash for huge burst damage that can knock bosses down.
