- How to Trigger it: Fortitude I is a passive bonus. It reduces the Stamina cost of blocking attacks as long as the equipment it is slotted into is equipped.
- Cost Considerations: It is not tied to a skill, so it adds no extra Stamina or Spirit cost. It does nothing if you rarely guard, so it is wasted on dodge-focused builds.
- Related Abyss Gears: Fortification raises your Defense, and Aegis reduces the damage you take.
- Recommended Use: Best on sword-and-shield and parry builds, where holding your guard through a boss’s combo keeps you safe and opens up counterattacks.
