- How to Trigger it: Aegis I is a passive bonus. It applies automatically while the equipment it is slotted into is equipped.
- Cost Considerations: It is not tied to a skill, so it adds no extra Stamina or Spirit cost.
- Similar Alternatives: Fortification adds flat Defense and Fortitude lowers the Stamina cost of guarding.
- Recommended Use: Best in armor for difficult fights, where reducing every incoming hit matters more than a small Defense increase.
