Merchant:
The Contribution Office exchanges exclusive and unique equipment for Contribution Tokens earned by completing faction questlines and helping the population of the region. Contribution Tokens are a special currency, which you can only use at a Contribution Office or for Mission Dispatches from your camp. Here, you can also choose if you want to spend extra Contribution Tokens to secure some key locations in the region and protect them from re-blockade or invations.
The Delesyia Contribution Office is located in the Delesyia Castle yard in the northern end of the city. The Office is in a room on the right side of the gate as you approach it from the main ramp.
To walk around freely without being attacked in this area, be sure to wear your Visione. You may also need a key to unlock the door initially as it may be locked.
