The House Wells Equipment Shop is a camp vendor run by Malchor that sells weapons, armor, and ammunition.
Equipment shops are present in every major settlement and are often bundled with the blacksmith. You can buy ammo, armor, weapons, and some crafting materials from them.

The Equipment Shop is in the Bloodsteel Camp, which is in the Wells Estate, located on the south side of Demeniss. This shop does not offer a contract for gaining Malchor’s trust.
This shop does not spawn until you liberate the camp. To do this, complete the Deathchime questline, found under the House Wells Faction quests group in the Demeniss section.
