How to find Copper Ore
As you explore the open world, you will stumble on exposed veins in the cliffs. They will immediately be marked on your map. The same applies for Copper Ore resources hidden inside caves.

Open your Map and apply the Environment Filter to better see the locations of Copper Ore.

How to Collect Copper Ore
Make sure you have a Pickaxe in your Inventory. Open the Weapons Wheel and choose an appropriate tool for the job.

Aim at the vein and when you see the blue mark, hit the attack button.

There are several good spots, but an easy to reach and farm location for Copper Ore in large quantities at once is the Morvane Cave in Delesyia.
Send Mission Dispatch
You can send Mission Dispatches from your Greymane Camp to Quarries once you discover the locations and liberate them (if they are not free). Iron Ore is granted by the following missions:
- Crimson Quarry – Large-Scale Mining
- Fort Manub – Large-Scale Mining
Secret Farming Island
There is a small island in the middle of a pool of water in northern Delesyia – Stoneback Crab Wetlands. This is a location you will visit during a side quest from the Redfox Trading Company faction quests in Delesyia for the Lake Stoneback Crab questline involving an interesting boss fight against the Queen Stoneback Crab boss.
This island is incredibly rich in several types of ore you can mine, including Iron Ore, Copper Ore, Scolecite Ore, Garnet, and Azurite. And the best part is that you can teleport to the nearby Abyss Nexus on the south side of this small island and return to farm again. The nodes respawn. There are various plants and bugs you can catch nearby as well.
