Scolecite Ore is a rare ore in Crimson Desert used for high-tier refinement at the blacksmith, for weapons, plate armor and metal shields. It’s concentrated in the Crimson Desert region, so most players start collecting it later in the game.

A white ore with a glint of silver. It doesn’t seem very special, but those with trained eyes recognize its worth and never throw it away. It is a rarely found across Pywel, but occasionally discovered in scorching deserts.
How to Obtain
You can mine Scolecite Ore from ore deposits with a pickaxe or Force Palm.
Where to find it
A great farming spot is the main road through the northern Crimson Desert toward Varnia, where deposits line both sides of the road, so you can mine them one after another in a single run.
A few more deposits sit on the cliffs at the southern edge of Tashkalp, handy if you’re already in town.
For early-game (you would not need this material while still in Hernand usually), there is an exposed vein on the cliffs just southeast of Hernand town.
Every deposit you find is permanently marked on your map, so you can come back after it resets. Use the Environment Filter to see them all.
Secret Farming Island
There is a small island in the middle of a pool of water in northern Delesyia – Stoneback Crab Wetlands. This is a location you will visit during a side quest from the Redfox Trading Company faction quests in Delesyia for the Lake Stoneback Crab questline involving an interesting boss fight against the Queen Stoneback Crab boss.
This island is incredibly rich in several types of ore you can mine, including Iron Ore, Copper Ore, Scolecite Ore, Garnet, and Azurite. And the best part is that you can teleport to the nearby Abyss Nexus on the south side of this small island and return to farm again. The nodes respawn. There are various plants and bugs you can catch nearby as well.

If you can get your hands on an Upgraded Mining Tools, you will get better results. You can use any of the following tools that are considered better than the standard pickaxe and definitely better than Force Palm:
You can slot something like Blessing of the Earth Abyss Gear into your equipment to further increase the quantity of the obtained material.
Scolecite Ore goes into the top refinement tiers, so save it for gear you plan to keep rather than spending it on equipment you’re about to replace.
