You’ll find Bernor at Fort Manub in Tashkalp, east of Tommaso in the Crimson Desert region.
Requirements to Unlock
To unlock the shop, you must complete The Faceless questline, part of the Lords of Unclaimed Lands Faction quests group in the Crimson Desert. This includes defeating the Masked Liberator boss at Fort Manub.

Bernor’s Pickaxe Blueprint

Bernor also sells The Faceless’s Plate Helm and Cloth Armor, which you won’t find at any other mineral vendor.
