Seratien sells the Deceiver’s Fedora, a hat that grants the Gambler’s Sight ability. If you play the gambling minigames in Pywel, this is where you buy it.
Higher Prices
Everything in Seratien’s shop costs 50% more than at mineral vendors in Hernand, Demeniss, and the desert. Buy your ores and gems from Nita, Flint, Torgel, or Bernor when you can, and use Seratien only when you’re already in the desert, short on materials, and desperate for a quick upgrade.
