You’ll find Nita at Cairn House, north of Hernand town near Three Saints Falls.
Requirements to Access
When you first discover it, Cairn House is occupied by bandits. Liberate it before the shops can spawn. As soon as you clear the area of the bandits, a cinematic will play out and the two shops here will spawn.

Flint, the owner of the Headstone Workshop Mineral Shop, sells Bloodstone from your first visit. Nita at the Cairn House Mineral Shop only sells it once you raise his Trust, so if you need Bloodstone early, come to Flint.
The Cairn House Decorative Stone Shop is just a few meters away and spawns at the same time. It sells a few decorative stones for your home and a couple of blueprints for other decorations.
