Location
You can find the shop at Cairn House, right next to the Cairn House Mineral Shop. Cairn House is on the north side of Three Saints’ Falls in central Hernand, just north of the main town.
Requirements to Access
When you first discover it, Cairn House is occupied by bandits. Liberate it before the shops can spawn. As soon as you clear the area of the bandits, a cinematic will play out and the two shops here will spawn.
