Location
You can find the workshop in south Demeniss, northwest of Fort Ironclad, on the south side of Lower Nas River.
Requirements to Access
This shop is not available from the start. It becomes available after liberating Fort Ironclad by completing the Chapter VIII questline, Ashen Steps. If you visit Headstone Workshop before liberating Fort Ironclad, the shop will not appear. Instead, the location will be filled with Righteous Inquisitors.
Additional Info
Flint sells Bloodstone from your first visit. Nita at the Cairn House Mineral Shop only sells it once you raise her Trust, so if you need Bloodstone early, come to Flint.
