Location
You will find the Equipment Shop in Tariv. This is a sorcerers’ village located on the banks of the Denn River, in northwest Demeniss.
Requirements to Access
The vendor is there from the start of the game and at your services. Until you liberate Demeniss, which happens during Chapter VIII of the main story, the entire region will be full of roaming guards, who will attack on sight. Tariv, however, is a peaceful village. Reaching it on foot, would be difficult. You could get a Wyvern and fly over Demeniss if you want to speed things up.
