Location
The Equipment Shop is located in Stronghelm Forge settlement on the east side of Demeniss. You will find it on the west banks of the Horseshoe Lake and south from the Eastern Court.
Requirements to access
This vendor spawns after completing the House Elemore faction questline, Lunar Judgement. And all of Demeniss’ Faction quests are locked up until you liberate the region. In general, Demeniss is a hostile region until you complete Chapter VIII of the main story. After that, you will be able to explore freely without guards attacking you all the time from every angle.
