Wynstan is the provisioner of the Greymanes at Howling Hill in Crimson Desert. He runs the Base Camp Provisioner’s Shop and sells tools, arrows, crafting materials and decorations for your house.
A Greymane quartermaster. He stays busy tracking down trade partners to keep supplies steady, but he is also a deft craftsman himself. From tools and equipment to all kinds of consumables, he makes what the group needs by hand.

The Provisioner sells all the little random stuff like basic Tools, small Furniture, and cheap Materials. He is no different from other Provisioners you find throughout Pywel, and you can expand his stock by purchasing Contracts from the Provisioner in each city.
