You can obtain Gold Bars in several ways: via Camp Missions (chance to get it), via crafting, and by stealing.

Where to find the Alchemy Formula for Gold Bars

You can find the Gold Bar Alchemy Recipe on a bookshelf on the left side of the Celestial object on the final platform of the Spire of Insight Puzzle.

Gold Bar in Lioncrest Manor

The earliest location you can visit to steal a Gold Bar is the Lioncrest Manor in Hernand. There is a Gold Bar hidden in the fireplace inside the Manor. Be careful when stealing things in Crimson Desert.

Steal Gold Bars from NPCs

You can steal Gold Bars from visitors at the Demeniss Wildlife Park. It is located south of Demeniss City and you will need a mask for that task. To see which visitor is carrying a Gold Bar, use your lantern or activate Blinding Flash.

Rush into them, while wearing the mask, then quickly press the button for Pickpocket (E on keyboard). When the bounty red circle appears, run outside. There is an Abyss Nexus placed at the northern end of the Wildlife Park where you can conveniently teleport and start the search again.
